What is this new construction accounting software AccountAbility Pro?
Once there was a construction company that was doing pretty well for themselves. Their company was growing a little every year and hiring on more employees. For profitability and accounting they were using the “Contractor” version of a ubiquitous software that had served them adequately up to that point, but they felt they were beginning to outgrow it. They also wanted to find something a lot more geared toward project accounting and tracking. So they started looking around for some other software. They invested very heavily into another popular software both in dollars and training for their team. They found that while they really liked some of the project features, the restrictive and cumbersome nature of the software left everyone exporting data from multiple modules into spreadsheets so they could get the information they needed. So after they told us about their frustrations, we went to work creating custom software to fit the needs of businesses in construction. We asked them what they were looking for and here’s what they said they wanted:
